摘要
鉴于现存几种下运带式输送机制动装置的不足,提出了电磁调速技术在下运带式输送机中的应用,并根据电磁调速电动机的工作原理和特性,建立了电磁调速双闭环控制系统,保证了下运带式输送机安全可靠停车。
In view of the deficiency that exists in braking device of downward belt conveyor, the electromagnetic speed regulating technology is applied to the belt conveyor. An electromagnetic speed regulating double close-loop control system is designed through the working principle and characteristics of the electromagnetic speed regulating motor, which guarantees the safe and reliable braking of the downward belt conveyor.
