摘要
责任型领导作为符合中国文化道德期望的领导类型,其本土化研究理应成为该领域的前沿问题。文章基于中国传统价值观的视角,以职业使命感为中介变量,传统价值观为调节变量,构建责任型领导对员工亲社会性规则违背行为的作用模型,对246名员工的调研数据进行层级回归分析。结果表明:责任型领导正向影响员工亲社会性规则违背行为,职业使命感在上述关系中起部分中介作用;员工的尊从权威和宽忍利他两种传统价值观对责任型领导与员工职业使命感的关系起正向调节作用,同时能起到调节职业使命感在责任型领导与员工亲社会性规则违背行为之间的中介效应。
As a type of leadership that meets the ethicalexpectations of Chinese culture,the indigenous research of responsible leadership has become a frontier issue in this field.Based on the perspective of traditional Chinese values,this paper constructs a model of action of responsible leadership on prosocial rule breaking of employees,using the sense of occupational mission as the mediating variable and traditional values as the regulating variable,and carries out a hierarchical regression analysis on survey data of 246 employees.The results show that responsible leadership positively influences pro-social rule breaking of employees,and the sense of occupational mission has a partial mediating effect on the relationship;two traditional values,namely,respect for authority and tolerance for altruism,have a positive regulating effect on the relationship between responsible leadership and the sense of occupational mission of employees,and can also regulate the mediating effect of the sense of occupational mission between responsible leadership and pro-social rule breaking of employees.
