摘要
近年来,适配体可视化传感器因其高特异性和高便利性受到了高度关注。同时,各种纳米材料为提升适配体可视化传感器的性能提供了一条行之有效的途径。本文总结了纳米材料在适配体可视化传感器领域的开发和应用,介绍了不同纳米材料的显色机理,以及不同种类可视化传感器的研究进展。
In recent years,aptamers have been widely utilized in the fields of molecular recognition and target detection due to their high specificity.Meanwhile,nanomaterials have been extensively employed in analytical techniques such as electrochemistry and optics,owing to their unique optical properties.This paper summarizes the development and application of nanomaterials in the field of aptamer sensors,including the description of colorimetric mechanisms of different nanomaterials,as well as the research progress of various types of visual sensors.
