摘要
参照标准NY/T 761—2008有关蔬菜和水果中农药残留检测对样品前处理的方法,对市场上购买的红富士、印度青、嘎啦果3种常见苹果进行前处理并加标,通过气相色谱仪检测有机磷类农药的加标回收率差异;同时选用多种有机磷类(治螟磷、毒死蜱、甲基对硫磷)农药,比较3种样品的加标回收率差异。结果表明,不同品种的苹果样品对于同一种有机磷类农药检测的结果影响不大,但是同一品种的苹果样品对于不同种有机磷类农药的检测结果却差异显著,这对实际检测有一定指导意义。
By referring to the standard NY/T 761-2008 method for pre-treatment of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits, three common apple samples were purchased from the market, such as Red Fuji, Indian Green and Gala apple, were pre -treated and added to standard pesticide solutions.The difference in the recoveries of organophosphorus pesticides under the same conditions was investigated by gas chromatography.At the same time, a variety of organophosphorus pesticides were selected to compare the recoveries of the three kinds of samples.The results showed that apple samples of different varieties had little effect on the detection results of the same organophosphorus pesticides, but the same variety apple samples had significant differences in the detection results of different organophosphorus pesticides, which had certain guidance for actual detection.
