摘要
氢气储运是氢能产业链发展的关键环节,现阶段氢气储运主要以氢气长管拖车为主。定量风险分析,是目前氢能储运风险评价的主流方法。采用定量风险分析对氢气长管拖车进行定量风险分析,同时采用PHAST&SAFETI、KFX等软件开展事故模拟,计算出氢气泄漏可燃浓度气云(体积分数4%~75%)的扩散距离以及喷射火热辐射强度(12.5 kW/m^(2))的影响距离,同时提出相应的防控措施建议。
Hydrogen storage and transportation is a key link in the development of the hydrogen energy supply chain.Hydrogen storage and transportation mainly rely on hydrogen tube trailers currently.Quantitative Risk Analysis has become the mainstream method for risk assessment of hydrogen energy storage and transportation at present.Quantitative risk analysis was conducted on hydrogen tube trailers,and accident simulations were conducted using authoritative software such as PHAST&SAFETI and KFX at home and abroad.The diffusion distance of flammable gas clouds concentration(4vol%~75vol%)and the impact distance of jet fire radiation intensity(12.5 kW/m^(2))was calculated,and corresponding prevention and control measures were proposed.
