液化氢储运技术与安全生产分析

摘要 2020年9月中国提出了2030年实现“碳达峰”、2060年实现“碳中和”的目标。氢能作为一种可再生能源,相比于汽油与天然气能源,具有质量能量密度高、燃烧产物环保、来源多样的特点,是解决双碳问题的重要手段。2020年11月,中国发布《新能源汽车产业发展规划》,指出要发展氢能储运、加氢站、车载储氢等氢燃料电池车的应用支撑技术。氢气储运技术是衔接上游制氢与下游制氢,实现氢能大规模应用的重要环节,仍存在诸多亟待解决的技术问题,发展大容量、低成本的储氢技术迫在眉睫。本文作者长期在生产一线从事油气储运领域的HSE管理工作,基于多年的新能源安全环保管理经验,作者系统归纳了现阶段主流的氢能储运技术及大规模氢能储运安全生产要点,以期为氢能产业的安全发展提供思路。 China declared in September 2020 its target of reaching a"carbon peak"by 2030 and"carbon neutrality"by 2060.In contrast to gasoline and natural gas,hydrogen energy is a novel type of renewable energy with high mass energy density,ecologically favorable combustion products,and diversified sources.It is a crucial strategy for addressing the dual carbon issue.China issued the“New Energy Vehicle Industry Development Plan”in November 2020,underlining the significance of developing hydrogen storage and transportation,hydrogen gasoline stations,on-board hydrogen storage,and other supporting technologies for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.Hydrogen storage and transportation technology is an essential component in interconnecting upstream and downstream hydrogen production and achieving large-scale hydrogen energy applications.However,numerous significant technological issues persist,such as high-capacity,low-cost hydrogen storage technologies.The author of this article has extensive experience in HSE management in the areas of gasoline storage and transportation.The author systematically summarizes the mainstream hydrogen storage and transportation technologies at this stage,as well as the key points of large-scale hydrogen storage and transportation safety production,and thus provide professional recommendations for the hydrogen industry’s sound and harmless development.
