摘要
围绕如何认识世界的战略大势、如何塑造中国与世界的关系、如何争取和维护世界和平、促进世界共同发展等重大问题,中国形成了内容丰富的和平思想。从独立自主的和平外交政策到“和平与发展”时代主题的提出,既鲜明体现了中国外交立足中华民族优秀传统文化的特色,又彰显了中国紧扣人类生存主要挑战和直面世界命运发展途径的国际担当。在严峻复杂的国际形势下,和平与发展仍然是各国人民的共同愿望。世界各国人民要和平共处的意志更加坚定,对发展合作的愿望更加迫切。习近平总书记着眼于时代潮流的方向,先后提出全球发展倡议、全球安全倡议和全球文明倡议,为世界的和平与发展事业贡献了中国智慧。
China has developed a substantially peace-oriented thinking around major issues,such as how to understand the global strategic trend,how to foster China’s relations with the world,how to pursue and maintain world peace,and promote common development of the world.It pursues an independent foreign policy of peace,and puts forth that peace and development is the call of the times,which shows that its diplomacy is grounded on the fine traditional Chinese culture,and highlights its readiness to shoulder the responsibility in face of the major challenges to mankind and the future of the world.Against the backdrop of a complex and fast-changing international environment,peace and development remain the common aspirations of people of all countries.And their will for peacefully coexist has become stronger,their desire for development and cooperation has become more urgent.With a view to following the tide of the times,Xi Jinping has put forth the initiatives for global development,global security and global civilization,contributing Chinese wisdom to the advancement of world peace and development.
