标准化病人在康复治疗学教学的初步尝试 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨标准化病人(Standardized patients,SP)在康复治疗学教学的应用价值。方法 将在物理治疗部临床实习的64名2016级康复治疗本科学生,随机分为SP组和对照组,每组32名。SP组的学生采用SP教学模式,对照组学生采用既往常规的教学模式,比较2组学生的出科考核成绩及问卷调查结果。结果 SP组学生的出科考核总成绩明显优于对照组,体现在病史采集、沟通能力及规范化操作方面(P<0.05);问卷调查显示在反映临床思维、提升医患沟通能力及对临床工作/考试的帮助等方面SP组优于对照组(P<0.05),大部分学生都乐于接受SP模式的教学。结论 SP教学模式能提升康复治疗专业教学效果,学生接受度高,值得临床教学推广。 Objective To explore the application value of standardized patients(SP)in rehabilitation treatment teaching.Methods 64 undergraduate rehabilitation therapy students of Grade 2018 in the physical therapy department were randomly divided into standard-ized patient group(SP group)and control group,with 32 students in each group.The students in SP group used the standardized pa-tient teaching mode,and the students in the control group used the previous conventional teaching mode.The graduation examination results and questionnaire survey results of the two groups was compared.Results The total scores of students in SP group were signifi-cantly better than those in the control group,which were reflected in physical examination,communication ability,standardized opera-tion,ability to deal with unexpected problems.The questionnaire survey showed that SP group was better than the control group in re-flecting clinical thinking,improving doctor-patient communication ability,and helping clinical work/examination(P<0.01).Most stu-dents were willing to accept SP mode teaching.Conclusion The standardized patient teaching mode improved the teaching effect of re-habilitation therapy specialty,which is highly accepted by students,and is worthy of clinical teaching promotion.
