摘要
[目的]建立种子处理悬浮剂中吡唑醚菌酯、精甲霜灵和甲维盐3种有效成分同时测定的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]选用C_(18)色谱柱,选择225 nm为检测波长,在甲醇-0.3%氨水的流动相条件下,采用梯度洗脱方式对试样中吡唑醚菌酯、精甲霜灵和甲维盐进行有效分离和定量检测。[结果]方法中吡唑醚菌酯、精甲霜灵和甲维盐的线性相关系数分别为0.99999、0.99984、0.99970,标准偏差为0.015、0.016、0.019,相对标准偏差为0.82%、3.15%、3.09%,平均添加回收率分别为99.14%、99.65%、100.18%。[结论]方法线性良好,精密度高,满足该复配制剂的快速准确质量控制检测。
[Aims]A method was established for simultaneous analysis of pyraclostrobin,metalaxyl-M,emamectin benzoate in suspension concentrate for seed treatment by HPLC.[Methods]The effective separation and quantification of active ingredients in the samples were performed on a C_(18)column by HPLC gradient elution method.The mobile phase was methanol and 0.3%ammonia aquous solution,and the detection wavelength was 225 nm.[Results]Within the detection methods of pyraclostrobin,metalaxyl-M and emamectin benzoate,the linear correlation coefficients were 0.99999,0.99984 and 0.99970,the standard deviations were 0.015,0.016 and 0.019,RSDs were 0.82%,3.15%and 3.09%,and the average recovery rate were 99.14%,99.65%and 100.18%,respectively.[Conclusions]The method with good linearity and high precision,meets the requirements of rapid and accurate quality control detection of the composition preparation.
