摘要
主要研究在合成甲胺基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的过程中,影响其产品含量的3个主要影响因素,这3个因素包括原料选择,生产过程控制,以及辅助原料质量。实验数据表明:为了获得高含量的甲维盐粗产品,应该选择纯度高于94.5%的阿维菌素精粉,二取代物应控制在2.5%~4.0%之间,选用含水量低于1.2%的催化剂A。
This paper is aimed at the main factors affecting the content of Emamectin benzoate in its production process.The study of these factors is from three perspectives: raw material selection,production process control and the importance of auxiliary material quality.It is concluded that,in order to obtain high content of Emamectin benzoate,the purity of raw material avermectin should be higher than 94.5%,the range of content of disubstitution constituent should be controlled from 2.5% to 4.0%,and the moisture content of catalyst A should be lower than 1.2%.
