摘要
采用高效液相色谱法分析甲维盐·高氯微乳剂。试样溶解于甲醇,试样中甲维盐和高氯在250mm×4.6mm(i.d.)不锈钢柱,内装ODS-C18填充物(5μm),以甲醇-水为流动相、紫外为检测器,在254nm下进行分离和测定。甲维盐和高氯标准偏差分别为0.01和0.19,变异系数分别为3.33%和0.45%,平均回收率分别为99.09%和99.38%。
An HPLC method was used to analyze Emamectin benzoate.beta-cypermethrin ME. The sample was dissolved in methanol, and emamectin benzoate.beta-cypermethrin ME in the sample was separated and determined using a 250 mm × 4.6 mm(i.d.) stainless steel column packed with ODS-C18 (5μm), use methanol-water as the mobile phase and UV detection at 254 nm. Respective standard deviations, coefficients of variation, and averagerecovery were 0.01, 3.33%, and 99.09% for emamectin benzoate, and 0.19, 0.45%, and 99.38% for beta-cypermethrin.
