摘要
大型船舶靠泊监测系统将激光检测技术、互联网技术、手机APP等相关技术有机结合,实时监测靠泊过程中港口环境变化、船舶靠泊速度、角度及距离等数据信息,建立一套船舶靠泊过程安全实时监测及数据实时发布平台,可辅助靠泊指挥人员科学指挥和管理人员有效监管。
Laser detection technology,Internet technology,cell phone APP and other related technologies are organically combined with the large-scale ship berth monitor system.This can monitor in real time the changes of port environment,ship berthing speed,angle and distance and other data information in the berthing process.And a set of realtime monitoring of ship berthing process safety and real-time data release platform is established,which can assist berthing commanders in scientific command and managers in effective supervision.
