摘要
文章主要分析了石油化工火灾特性及处置难点及对策,目的在于了解石油化工火灾特点,提升火灾现场消防救援水平,有效保障人民群众生命财产安全。文章通过分析石油化工火灾特性,得出石油化工火灾具有难以靠近救援、救援难度提升、火势难以控制、火灾持续时间长等突出难点。最后总结了优化消防资源的整合、科学指挥强化消防领导、加强现场侦察了解火情、合理选择消防救援战术等石油化工火灾处置对策,以此来提升石油化工火灾消防救援能力。
This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of petrochemical fires, the difficulties in disposal and countermeasures.The purpose is to understand the characteristics of petrochemical fires, improve the level of fire rescue at the fire scene, and effectively ensure the safety of people’s property. By analyzing the characteristics of petrochemical fires, it is concluded that petrochemical fires have outstanding difficulties such as difficulty in approaching rescue, increased rescue difficulty, difficult fire control, and long fire duration. Finally, it summarizes the petrochemical fire disposal countermeasures, such as optimizing the integration of fire fighting resources, strengthening the leadership of fire fighting with scientific command, strengthening onsite reconnaissance to understand the fire situation, and reasonably choosing fire rescue tactics, so as to improve the fire rescue capability of petrochemical fire and accelerate the response to on-site fire control.
