摘要 为解决集装箱装卸设备的电控系统技术不能自主可控的问题,采用AC810系列PLC作为控制中心,基于Ether CAT现场总线技术,研发了完全国产化的岸边集装箱起重机和门座起重机电控系统。现场运行结果表明,该电控系统可实现港口装卸设备自动化操作,有效降低集装箱运输中发生危险的概率,提高码头集装箱运输的工作效率。 In order to solve the problem that the electronic control system of container handling equipment cannot be controlled by itself in technology,AC810 series PLC is used as the control center,and based on the Ether CAT fieldbus technology,a completely domestic electronic control system for quayside container cranes and portal cranes is developed.The actual operation results on site indicate that the developed electronic control system can achieve automated operation of port loading and unloading equipment.The probability of danger in container transportation is effectively reduced,and the efficiency of container transportation at the port is improved.
