超高压电力变压器运行故障及原因分析

摘要 国内电网进入了大电网、大机组、超高压、超远距离的时代,对供电质量和性能也提出了更高的要求,超高压变压器是电网的关键设备,确保其可靠、安全、稳定运行更是重中之重。笔者对超高压变压器的铁芯故障、绕组故障、主绝缘故障、有载调压分接开关本体故障、引线故障、套管故障及结构件故障的性质及形成原因进行详细的分析研究,以便及时对异常现象剖根溯源,防止事故发生,并为后续超高压变压器故障诊断的持续研究提供参考。 In the new era of domestic power grid which is featured by large grid layout,large equipment unit,ultra-high voltage and ultra-long transmission distance,there are also higher demands for the quality and properties of power supply,in this regard,we must mention ultra-high voltage transformer since it is the key equipment of the whole power grid,as well as the crucial device used to ensure the reliable,safe and stable operation of the whole system. The author of the paper carries out detailed analysis and study on the natures and reasons for iron core fault,transformer winding fault,main insulation unit fault,fault of on-load voltage changing tap switch,leading wire fault,casing tube fault and structural component fault. In this regard,it is conductive to finding out the root of abnormal phenomena,preventing accidents in power grid and providing reference for continuous study on the fault diagnosis of ultra-high voltage transformer.
