摘要
为了解决传统车载救援钻机电控系统布线繁琐、故障点难以定位、施工效率低及可靠性不足等问题,设计了一种车载救援钻机电控系统。现场试验结果表明,车载救援钻机控制系统实现了钻进参数及状态监测参数的准确显示,实现了钻机的钻进以及上卸扣的逻辑控制,为车载钻机安全施工提供了保障。
In order to slove the problems of traditional truck-mounted rescue drilling rig electric control system,such as complicated wiring,difficult to locate the fault point,and insufficient construction efficiency and reliability,a truck-mounted rescue drilling rig electric control system was designed.The field test results show that the truck-mounted rescue drilling rig control system realizes the accurate display of drilling parameters and condition monitoring parameters,and realizes the logical control of drilling and makeup and breakout of the drilling rig,which provides guarantee for the safe construction of the truck-mounted drilling rig.
