马家岩矿智能化矿井改造分析

摘要 随着煤矿智能化开采时代的到来,许多矿井进行了智能化改造升级。结合马家岩矿实际情况,分析了智能化改造的具体过程,主要包括工作面配套设备升级和综采智能化系统实现方案。在实现智能化后,矿井生产效率得到大幅度提高,井下作业人员数量减少。此次研究可以为煤矿智能化改造提供一定的参考。 With the arrival of the era of intelligent mining in coal mines,many mines have carried out intelligent transformation and upgrading.Combined with the actual situation of Majiayan Coal Mine,the specific process of intelligent transformation was analyzed,including the upgrading of working face supporting equipment and the realization scheme of intelligent fully mechanized mining system.After the realization of intelligence,mine production efficiency has been greatly improved,and the number of underground operators has been reduced.This study can provide some reference for the intelligent transformation of coal mines.
