摘要
针对复杂地质条件下智能化综采工作面开采难度大问题,开展复杂地质条件下三维建模、数字孪生、液压支架自动化控制、采煤机程序化截煤、智能化远程集中控制及带式输送机尾自移、自动纠偏等关键技术研究;构建有人巡视、无人(少人)操作为主、远程干预为辅的智能化开采系统。通过在井下现场应用,工作面实现了采煤机自动记忆截割、支架自动跟机移架、自动调直、自动加刀甩刀、自动摆底、转载机和带式输送机机尾的自动推移及工作面设备故障自动诊断预警等功能,减少了生产人员,提高了矿井安全效益和经济效益,为类似条件下综采工作面智能化建设提供了借鉴。
In view of the difficulty of intelligent fully mechanized mining face mining under complex geological conditions,researches on key technologies such as three-dimensional modeling,digital twinning,automatic control of hydraulic support,programmed coal cutting of shearer,intelligent remote centralized control,automatic displacement of belt conveyor tail and automatic deviation correction under complex geological conditions were carried out.Built an intelligent mining system with manned patrol,unmanned(few) operation,supplemented by remote intervention.Through the field application in the underground,the working face has realized the functions of automatic memory cutting of the shearer,automatic rack following and moving of the support,automatic straightening,automatic knife adding and knife flicking,automatic bottom swing,automatic movement of the tail of the loader and belt conveyor,and automatic fault diagnosis and early warning of the working face equipment,which reduces production personnel,improves the safety and economic benefits of the mine,and provides a reference for the intelligent construction of the fully mechanized mining face under similar conditions.
