摘要
为了促进现代信息技术与煤炭产业深度融合,实现煤炭产业智能化、高效化、安全化发展,对杨伙盘煤矿30302综采工作面进行了智能化建设。阐述了目前加快建设高质量智能化综采工作面的背景,并根据30302工作面的实际情况确定了智能化综采工作面的总体架构,完成了对采煤子系统、支护子系统以及运输子系统的智能化升级,实现了综采工作面自动采煤、顺槽集控中心远程控制、地面分控中心实时监控等功能,有效保障了工作人员生命安全,提高了生产效率,为智能化综采工作面的建设提供了实战经验。
In order to promote the deep integration of modern information technology and the coal industry,realize the intelligent,efficient and safe development of the coal industry,intelligent construction was carried out for the 30302 fully mechanized mining face of Yanghuopan coal mine.The background of accelerating the construction of high-quality intelligent fully mechanized mining face was expounded,according to the actual situation of 30302 working face,the overall structure of the intelligent fully mechanized mining face was determined,and the intelligent upgrade of the coal mining subsystem,support subsystem and transportation subsystem were completed,which realizes the functions of automatic coal mining at the fully mechanized mining face,remote control of the centralized control center along the trough and real-time monitoring of the sub-control center on the ground,effectively guarantees the safety of workers and improves production efficiency,and provides practical experience for the construction of intelligent fully mechanized mining face.
