摘要
为进一步提升综采工作面的生产效率和安全性,以B3+6工作面为例在研究其顶底板特征和工作面参数的基础上,完成了该工作面智能化开采技术应用的基础,即完成工作面的“三机”配套选型;在此基础上,对应地完成了工作面采煤机、液压支架的智能化工艺及智能化开采工艺实施路径的设计。最终,通过实践验证智能化开采技术的应用效果。
In order to further improve the production efficiency and safety of fully mechanized face,taking B3+6 face as an example,on the basis of studying its roof and floor characteristics and face parameters,the foundation for the application of intelligent mining technology in the face has been completed,that is,the"three machines"supporting type selection of the face has been completed.On this basis,the design of the intelligent technology of the shearer and hydraulic support in the working face is completed correspondingly,and the design of the implementation way of the intelligent mining technology is completed.Finally,the application effect of intelligent mining technology is verified by practice.
