摘要
目的:评价早期开髓减压引流术治疗急性牙髓炎(AP)的效果。方法:选取德江县人民医院2021年9月—2022年9月收治的98例AP患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各49例。观察组采用早期开髓减压引流术治疗,对照组采用保髓疗法。比较两组疼痛程度、咬合力、咀嚼效率、牙龈症状、炎性指标、治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组咬合力、咀嚼效率高于对照组,牙龈症状、疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组患者C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-17水平均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。结论:对AP患者实行早期开髓减压引流术治疗,可减轻疼痛程度、炎性反应情况,增强咬合力、咀嚼效率。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of early pulp opening decompression and drainage in the treatment of acute pulpitis(AP).Methods:Ninety-eight patients with AP admitted to Dejiang County People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the randomized numerical table method,with forty-nine cases in each group.The observation group was treated with early open pulping decompression and drainage,and the control group was treated with pulp preservation therapy.The two groups were compared in terms of pain level,biting force,chewing efficiency,gingival symptoms,inflammatory indexes,and treatment effects.Results:After treatment,the observation group's biting force and chewing efficiency were higher than that of the control group,and the gingival symptoms and pain scores were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-8 and interleukin-17 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).Conclusion:Early open pulping decompression and drainage treatment for AP patients can reduce the degree of pain,inflammatory reaction situation,and enhance the biting force and mastication efficiency.
