摘要
目的观察一次性根管治疗术治疗急性牙髓炎患儿的效果及对咀嚼功能的影响。方法66例急性牙髓炎患儿,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各33例(33颗患牙)。对照组采用传统根管治疗术,观察组采用一次性根管治疗术。比较两组治疗效果、不良事件发生情况及手术前后咀嚼能力。结果术后2周,观察组治疗总有效率100.00%高于对照组的84.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组咬合力(137.01±8.23)lbs及咀嚼效率(91.17±7.04)%均高于对照组的(120.65±7.04)lbs、(70.21±5.78)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率6.06%低于对照组的24.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于急性牙髓炎患儿,一次性根管治疗术相较于传统根管治疗术的临床效果更好,对咀嚼功能的改善更显著,不良事件更少。
Objective To observe the effect of one-time root canal therapy on children with acute pulpitis and its influence on masticatory function.Methods A total of 66 children with acute pulpitis were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 33 cases(33 affected teeth)in each group.The control group received conventional root canal therapy,while the observation group received one-time root canal therapy.The therapeutic effects,occurrence of adverse events and chewing ability before and after surgery were compared.Results At 2 weeks after surgery,the total effective rate 100.00% of the observation group was higher than 84.85% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the occlusal force(137.01±8.23)lbs and chewing efficiency(91.17±7.04)% of the observation group were higher than(120.65±7.04)lbs and(70.21±5.78)% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events 6.06% in the observation group was lower than 24.24% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with acute pulpitis,one-time root canal therapy has better clinical effects than conventional root canal therapy,and can significantly improve the chewing function of children with fewer adverse reactions.
