摘要
目的:分析不同方式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的应用价值。方法:选取2016年1月—2018年12月罗甸县妇幼保健院收治的腹股沟疝患者80例为研究对象,按照无张力疝修补术方式不同分为对照组(40例,填充式无张力疝修补术)、试验组(40例,平片无张力疝修补术)。比较两组并发症、治疗效果、血清炎性因子。结果:试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);治疗后,试验组肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:相比于填充式无张力疝修补术,平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者效果更好,患者炎性反应更轻,安全性更高。
Objective:To analyze the application value of different modalities of tension-free hernia repair for inguinal hernia.Methods:Eighty cases of inguinal hernia patients admitted to Luodian County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group(40 cases,filled tension-free hernia repair)and experimental group(40 cases,flat piece tension-free hernia repair)according to the different ways of tension-free hernia repair.Complications,treatment effects,and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025);The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002);After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Compared with filled tension-free hernia repair,flat-piece tension-free hernia repair is more effective in treating patients with inguinal hernia,with less inflammatory reactions in patients and higher safety.
