摘要
目的对比分析腹股沟疝疾病采取两种无张力疝修补术方式治疗的效果及优劣。方法该次研究时间为2016年1月—2020年4月,选择于该院接受治疗患腹股沟疝患者83例作为研究目标,进行随机分组,对照组采取疝环充填式无张力疝修补手术治疗,观察组采取腹腔镜平片无张力疝修补手术治疗,观察对比两组临床治疗效果,记录各组患者手术相关指标,分析差异性,同时计算各组患者术后并发症总发生率。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率(97.62%)明显高于对照组(73.17%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.027,P<0.05),同时观察组患者手术用时(37.34±5.02)min、术后下床时间(1.15±0.32)d、住院总时间(5.57±1.16)d均明显短于对照组,术中出血量(24.96±4.37)mL少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.160、6.790、9.210、15.120,P<0.05)。另外,观察组患者术后并发症总发生率相比对照组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对腹股沟疝疾病采取腹腔镜平片无张力疝修补手术治疗效果确切,操作简单,对患者伤害小,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare and analyze the effects and advantages and disadvantages of two tension-free hernia repair methods for inguinal hernia.Methods The study time was from January 2016 to April 2020.A total of 83 patients with inguinal hernia who received treatment in the hospital were selected as the research target.Randomized groupings were performed.The control group received hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair for surgical treatment,the observation group was treated with laparoscopic plain film tension-free hernia repair.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were observed and compared,the operation-related indicators of each group were recorded,the differences were analyzed,and the total incidence of postoperative complications in each group was calculated.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(97.62%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.17%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.027,P<0.05).At the same time,patients in the observation group took(37.34±5.02)min for surgery and time to get out of bed after surgery(1.15±0.32)d and total hospitalization time(5.57±1.16)d were significantly shorter than the control group,intraoperative blood loss(24.96±4.37)mL was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.160,6.790,9.210,15.120,P<0.05).In addition,the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic plain film tension-free hernia repair surgery for inguinal hernia has a definite effect,simple operation,little harm to patients,and high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
