摘要
目的对比观察聚丙烯网状平片无张力疝修补术和传统疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年3月在本院行手术治疗的腹股沟疝气患者50例做对比调查,结合具体手术方式的不同做分组,其中行传统疝修补术治疗患者纳入到对照组,行聚丙烯网状平片无张力疝修补术治疗患者纳入到观察组,进行手术治疗效果相关指标观察。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床中针对腹股沟疝气的治疗以手术为主,传统修补术可发挥出纠正治疗效果,后期在相关技术的进一步发展下,腹股沟疝气修补方式也有所变化,近年来应用在临床中的聚丙烯网状平片无张力疝修补术更有助于提升治疗效果,且并发症控制效果较为理想。
Objective to compare and observe effect of polypropylene mesh plain film tension-free hernia repair and traditional hernia repair for inguinal hernia.Methods We chose 50 patients with inguinal hernia received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 for comparative investigation,divided them into groups based on different specific surgical methods,control group was treated with traditional hernia repair,and observation group with polypropylene mesh flat film tension-free hernia repair.Observed related indicators of surgical treatment effect.Results total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,complications of observation group were lower than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion in clinical treatment of inguinal hernia,surgery is the main treatment,and traditional repair can exert corrective therapeutic effect.With further development of related technologies,inguinal hernia repair have been changing.In recent years,polypropylene has been applied in clinical practice.Polypropylene mesh flat film tension-free hernia repair can improve treatment effect with relatively ideal effect of complication control.
