根腐病花椒根际和非根际土壤养分特征研究

Nutrient Characteristics of Rhizosphere and Non-rhizosphere Soil of Chinese Prickly Ash with Root Rot Disease

摘要 以6年生健康花椒植株和根腐病花椒植株为对象,采集其根际和非根际土壤,测定有机质、全氮、全钾、全磷、硝态氮、铵态氮、有效磷、速效钾含量以及pH,阐明根腐病花椒根际和非根际养分特征;通过皮尔逊相关分析,揭示土壤养分之间的相关性,研究结果可为花椒生产和根腐病防治提供科学依据。结果表明,与健康植株相比,根腐病花椒根际和非根际土壤全氮、全磷、有机质和速效钾的含量均显著降低(p<0.05);患病花椒土壤硝态氮含量在根际中显著升高(p<0.05),而pH在非根际中显著下降(p<0.05);相关性分析表明,速效钾和全氮、全磷、有机质呈极显著正相关(p<0.01);全氮和有机质呈极显著正相关(p<0.01),与全磷呈显著正相关(p<0.05);全磷与有机质呈显著正相关(p<0.05)。可见,根腐病花椒土壤养分含量降低,呈现酸化趋势;建议通过施加有机肥,防止土壤养分的下降和酸化,同时减少硝态氮肥的使用以抑制病原体的繁殖,促进患根腐病后花椒土壤的修复。 The rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils of 6-year-old healthy Chinese prickly ash plants and root rot plants were collected,and the contents of organic matter(OM),total nitrogen(TN),total potassium(TK),total phosphorus(TP),nitrate nitrogen(NO-3),ammonium nitrogen(NH4+),active phosphorus(AP),active potassium(AK)and pH were determined.Pearson correlation analysis was used to reveal the soil nutrient correlation,clarify the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere nutrient characteristics of root rot Chinese prickly ash,and provide scientific basis for the production of Chinese prickly ash and the prevention and control of root rot.The results showed that compared with healthy plants,the contents of TN,TP,OM and AK in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils of root rot Chinese prickly ash were significantly lower(p<0.05).The soil NO3-content of the infected trees increased significantly in the rhizosphere(p<0.05),while the pH decreased significantly in the non-rhizosphere.Correlation analysis showed that AK in soil available nutrients was significantly positively correlated with TN,TP and OM(p<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between TN and OM(p<0.01),and a significant positive correlation with TP(p<0.05).TP was positively correlated with OM(p<0.05).In summary,the soil nutrient content of Chinese prickly ash with root rot decreased,showing the trend of soil acidification.It is suggested that organic fertilizer be applied to prevent the decline and acidification of soil nutrients,while reducing the use of nitrate nitrogen fertilizer to inhibit the reproduction of pathogens and promote the soil remediation of Chinese prickly ash after root rot.
