摘要
目的:探讨补肾健脾汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效及不良反应。方法:选取南阳市中医院2020年3月至2021年12月收治的80例原发性骨质疏松症患者,用随机数字表法将其分对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者接受西医治疗,观察组患者接受补肾健脾汤治疗,比较两组患者疗效、骨密度、骨生化指标、不良反应等。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者股骨三角区、股骨粗隆、股骨颈、腰椎骨密度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者血钙/血肌酐、血清碱性磷酸酶低于对照组,血清钙高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾健脾汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症,可更好的改善其骨密度、骨生化指标,提升疗效的基础上,严控药物不良反应。
Objective To explore the curative effect and adverse reaction analysis of Bushen Jianpi decoction in treating primary osteoporosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with primary osteoporosis admitted to Nanyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received western medicine treatment,and the observation group received Bushen Jianpi decoction.The therapeutic efficacy,bone density,bone biochemical indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone density of trigone,trochanter,neck of femur and lumbar vertebra in observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood calcium/blood creatinine and serum alkaline phosphatase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of serum calcium in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bushen Jianpi decoction in the treatment of primary osteoporosis,can better improve the bone density,bone biochemical indexes,enhance the curative effect on the basis of strict control of adverse drug reactions.
