量化监控下运动康复治疗结合个体化健康教育在原发性骨质疏松症患者中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨量化监控下运动康复治疗结合个体化健康教育在原发性骨质疏松症(POP)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年4月—2020年1月医院收治的POP患者94例作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征匹配的原则分为观察组与对照组,每组47例。对照组接受骨质疏松治疗系统(HB330双环立体型)治疗与干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用量化监控下运动康复治疗结合个体化健康教育。比较两组患者视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分、骨密度、骨代谢标志物指标状况、POP健康相关行为转变结局。结果干预后,观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组;骨密度、P1NP与β-CTX等骨代谢标志物指标均明显优于对照组;观察组坚持运动训练、坚持营养膳食、坚持户外晒太阳等POP健康相关行为转变明显好于对照组;组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论量化监控下运动康复治疗结合个体化健康教育可明显提升POP患者健康相关行为转变,缓解疼痛,增加骨密度以及骨代谢标志物水平。 Objective To explore the clinical effects of quantitative rehabilitation monitoring combined with personalized health education in patients with primary osteoporosis(POP).Methods A total of 94 POP patients admitted in the hospital from April 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of basic feature matching between groups,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 47 patients in each group.The control group received osteoporosis treatment system(HB330 bicyclic body shape)and intervention,the observation group received quantitative monitoring exercise rehabilitation therapy combined with individual health education on the basis of control group.Visual analogue pain scale(VAS)score,bone mineral density(BMD),bone metabolic markers,and health-related behavioral change outcomes of POP were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,VAS score of the observation group was lower than the control group;Bone mineral density,P1NP,β-CTX and other bone metabolic markers were significantly better than the control group.The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the changes of POP health-related behaviors such as sports training,nutritional diet and outdoor sunshine insistunce,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation therapy combined with individualized health education under quantitative monitoring could significantly improve health-related behavior change,relieve pain,increase bone mineral density and bone metabolic markers in patients with POP.
