摘要
本文采用氢氧化铁共沉淀-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定钨精矿中磷的含量。以盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸和高氯酸四种酸密闭消解,氢氧化铁共沉淀磷,过滤除掉大部分影响ICP-AES测定磷的元素。相较于国家标准方法氢氧化铍共沉淀磷,本方法采用了对环境对人体友好的氢氧化铁共沉淀磷,分离了铜和钨等离子,降低了对ICP-AES测定磷的干扰,并结合干扰系数校正法进一步减少了铜或钨对磷的光谱干扰。本方法线性范围为0~20 mg/L,线性回归方程为I=2182x+1671.9,相关系数(r)为0.9999,检出限(3σ)为25μg/g,精密度(RSD,n=12)为2.5%~4.5%。将建立的方法应用于钨精矿样品中磷的测定,测定结果与国家标准方法的测定结果无显著差异。
Iron hydroxide coprecipitation inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was used to determine the phosphorus content in tungsten concentrate.Close digestion with hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid,coprecipitation phosphorus with ferric hydroxide,and filter out most elements that affect the determination of phosphorus by ICP-AES.Compared with the national standard method of beryllium hydroxide coprecipitation phosphorus,this method uses environment-friendly and human friendly iron hydroxide coprecipitation phosphorus,separates copper and tungsten plasma,reduces the interference to the ICP-AES determination of phosphorus,and further reduces the spectral interference of copper or tungsten to phosphorus in combination with the interference coefficient correction method.The linear range of this method is 0~20 mg/L,the linear regression equation is I=2182x+1671.9,the correlation coefficient(r)is 0.9999,and the detection limit is(3σ)For 25μg/g,with a precision(RSD,n=12)of 2.5%~4.5%.The established method was applied to the determination of phosphorus in tungsten concentrate samples,and the results showed no significant difference from the national standard method.
