黄蜀葵光合特性研究

摘要 为确定黄蜀葵生长过程中对光照条件的需求,本文对邯郸地区栽培的黄蜀葵光合特性进行了研究。结果表明:黄蜀葵净光合速率的日变化趋势呈不明显的双峰曲线,高峰值分别出现在12:00与15:00,分别为17.9μmol/(m~2·s)与9.9μmol/(m~2·s),具有光合“午休”现象;黄蜀葵叶片气孔导度的日变化规律与净光合速率呈现一定的相似性,且最高峰峰值出现时间相同;黄蜀葵叶片蒸腾速率呈现不规律的单峰曲线,最高峰值出现在11:00;黄蜀葵光合作用的补偿点和饱和点分别是74.5μmol/(m~2·s)和1 561.8μmol/(m~2·s)。 In order to determine the requirement for light conditions during the growth of Abelmoschus manihot cultivated in Handan area,the photosynthetic characteristics were studied in this paper.The results showed that thediurnal variation trend of net photosynthetic rate of Abelmoschus manihot showed an unobvious bimodal curve,and thepeak value was 17.9 μmol/(m~2·s) and 9.9 μmol/(m~2·s) at 12:00 AM and 15:00 PM,respectively,with the phenomenon ofphotosynthetic siesta.The diurnal variation of stomatal conductance of Abelmoschus manihot leaves was similar to that ofnet photosynthetic rate,and the peak value appeared at the same time.The leaf transpiration rate of Abelmoschus manihot showed an irregular unimodal curve,with the peak value at 11:00.The compensation point and saturation pointof photosynthesis was 74.5 μmol/(m~2·s) and 1 561.8 μmol/(m~2·s),respectively.
