宁夏不同地区聚合草的光合日变化及适宜引种地筛选

Photosynthetic diurnal variations of Symphytum officinale in different regions of Ningxia and selection of suitable introduction sites

摘要 【目的】探究聚合草在宁夏地区的生长适应性,比较其在宁夏不同地区的光合特性及生产性能差异,为聚合草在西北干旱半干旱地区的引种及高效栽培提供理论依据。【方法】采用大田引种试验方式,对宁夏南部(NN)、中部(NZ)、北部(NB)种植聚合草的叶绿素含量(SPAD)、光合有效辐射(PAR)、净光合速率(P_(n))、大气温度(T_(a))、叶片温度(T_(leaf))、胞间CO_(2)浓度(C_(i))、蒸腾速率(T_(r))、叶片气孔导度(G_(s))等光合特性,以及土壤含水率、产量等指标进行测定,在相关性分析基础上,通过隶属函数法对宁夏3个引种地聚合草的生长适应性进行综合评价。【结果】3个引种地聚合草P_(n)值的日动态均呈“双峰型”,且与宁北引种地相比,宁中和宁南引种地植物光合“午休”现象更明显;3个引种地聚合草T_(r)日动态均呈“单峰型”,且宁北和宁南引种地较宁中引种地滞后2 h;3个引种地聚合草的SPAD值无显著差异,C_(i)为516.27~582.03μmol/mol,其中宁南引种地C_(i)显著低于宁中与宁北地区(P<0.05)。3个引种地聚合草0~20,20~40 cm土壤含水率均呈现宁南>宁北>宁中,其中0~20 cm均呈现显著差异(P<0.05),20~40 cm宁北与宁中引种地差异不显著,但均与宁南引种地存在显著差异(P<0.05);3个引种地间聚合草产量表明,宁南地区显著高于宁中和宁北引种地;相关性分析表明,3个引种地的聚合草产量与土壤含水率相关性较好。综合评价发现,3个引种地聚合草平均隶属函数值为宁南>宁北>宁中。【结论】宁夏南部引种地聚合草的光合特性及生产性能优于宁夏中部和北部,是聚合草的最佳引种地区。 【Objective】This study investigated the growth adaptability of Symphytum officinale in Ningxia and compared its photosynthetic characteristics and production performance in different regions to provide basis for the introduction and efficient cultivation of Symphytum officinale in the arid and semi-arid regions of northwest China.【Method】A field experiment was conducted to investigate the photosynthetic characteristics of Symphytum officinale,including chlorophyll content(SPAD),photosynthetic active radiation(PAR),net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),atmospheric temperature(T_(a)),leaf temperature(T_(leaf)),intercellular CO_(2) concentration(C_(i)),transpiration rate(T_(r))and leaf stomatal conductance(G_(s)),in southern(NN),central(NZ)and northern(NB)parts of Ningxia.Soil water content,yield and other indicators were also measured and analyzed.Based on the correlation analysis,the growth adaptability of Symphytum officinale in different areas was evaluated using the subordinate function method.【Result】The diurnal dynamics of P_(n) values of Symphytum officinale in all three regions had double-peak shapes.The photosynthetic siesta break phenomenon of plants in NZ and NN was more significant than that in NB.The diurnal dynamics of T_(r) of Symphytum officinale in all three regions were in single-peak shape,and there were 2 hours lag in NB and NN compared with NZ.The SPAD values of Symphytum officinale in the three regions were not significantly different.The average daily variation of C i ranged from 516.27 to 582.03μmol/mol,with significantly lower values in NN than in NZ and NB(P<0.05).The soil water contents ranged 0-20 and 20-40 cm with a decreasing order of NN>NB>NZ.For 0-20 cm,there were significant differences(P<0.05)among regions while NB and NZ had significant differences(P<0.05)with NN for 20-40 cm.The yield of Symphytum officinale was significantly higher in NN than in NZ and NB.Correlation analysis showed that the yield was correlated with soil water content.The comprehensive evaluation and analy
