树木抗旱生理特性及转录组调控研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 干旱胁迫是影响树木生长发育最不利的环境因素之一,全球变暖趋势会影响森林系统为全球生态系统服务。干旱条件下,树木应对干旱胁迫会发生一系列响应变化,包括幼苗生长、气孔调节、光合生理、水分利用效率、保护酶系统、渗透调节物质及转录组调控等。研究表明,树木耐旱机理具有复杂性、多样性的特点,耐旱能力的评价指标较少,各指标之间缺乏有效关联分析,未能形成科学的综合性抗旱评价指标体系,应继续探索和完善树木抗旱性的基础理论研究,向多学科相互渗透、交叉与融合的方向发展。文章从生理和转录组层面对树木抗旱特性进行了详述,综合分析干旱胁迫下植物体内生理指标变化特征及转录组调控机理,以期为抗旱树种筛选及树木逆境生物学研究提供理论参考。 The drought stress is one of the most unfavorable environmental factors affecting the growth and development of trees.The global warming trend will affect services of the forest system to the global ecosystem.Under drought conditions,trees respond to the drought stress with a series of response changes,including the seedling growth,stoma regulation,photosynthetic physiology,water use efficiency,protective enzyme system,osmotic regulating substances and transcriptome regulation of trees.Studies have shown that the drought tolerance mechanism of trees is characterized by the complexity and diversity.There are few evaluation indicators for the drought tolerance,and there is no effective correlation analysis between the indicators,which fails to form a scientific and comprehensive drought resistance evaluation index system.So,the basic theoretical research on the tree drought resistance should continue to be explored and improved,and develop in the direction of interpenetration,intersection and integration of multiple disciplines.In this paper,the transcriptome of drought resistance of trees was described in detail from the physiological and molecular levels,so as to provide theoretical references for the selection of drought resistant tree species and the study of tree stress physiology.
