摘要
简要介绍了刮板输送机传动装置工况监测系统的设计思路和工况监测箱结构组成,对安装及调试过程中的注意事项进行了探讨。针对安装过程中可能出现的问题给出了处理意见。该系统对后续刮板输送机健康系统在线监测及设备检修有一定的指导意义,可有效延长设备使用寿命。
Briefly introduced the design idea of the working condition monitoring system of the transmission device of the scraper conveyor and the structure composition of the working condition monitoring box,and probed into the matters needing attention in the installation and debugging process.Aiming at the problems that may occur during the installation process,the handling opinion was given.The system has certain guiding significance for the on-line monitoring and equipment maintenance of the follow-up scraper conveyor health system,and can effectively extend the service life of the equipment.
