摘要 刮板输送机主要设立于煤矿井开采巷道中,如果其在运作过程中出现了问题,则开采效率自然会受到影响,还有可能导致运输流程上的冲突,因此必须对刮板输送机的运作状况进行实时监控。刮板输送机智能化监控系统可实时了解刮板输送机状况,若发现异常可以第一时间进行处理,对相关问题进行预防。基于此,对刮板输送机智能化监控系统设计进行分析,阐述总体设计思路、硬/软件设计方案。 Scraper conveyor is mainly set up in the mining roadway of coal mine.If the scraper conveyor has problems in the operation process,the mining efficiency will be affected naturally,and the conflict in the transportation process may also be caused,so it is necessary to monitor the operation of scraper conveyor in real time.Through the scraper conveyor intelligent monitoring system,the status of scraper conveyor can be known in real time.If abnormal is found,it can be handled as soon as possible to prevent relevant problems.This paper analyzes the scraper conveyor intelligent monitoring system design,the overall design ideas,hardware and software design scheme.
