摘要
高职院校在培养学生的职业素养与专业技能的同时,将立德树人理念贯彻在教育教学全过程中,是新时代对高职院校教育提出的新要求。高职院校在开展妇产科护理学课程思政建设时,应发挥教师团队“主力军”优势,提高教师队伍思政育人水平,将课程建设作为“主战场”,构建立体化课程思政系统,严格把控课堂教学“主渠道”,构建丰富的教学方法,改进人才培养方案,落实反馈评价机制,理论联系实践,强调学生的人文关怀。
Higher vocational colleges not only cultivate students'professional literacy and skills,but also implement the concept of foster character and civic virtue throughout the entire process of education and teaching,which is a new requirement put forward by the new era society for higher vocational college education.When carrying out ideological and political construction of gynecology and obstetrics nursing courses in higher vocational colleges,we should give full play to the"main force"advantage of teacher teams,improve the level of ideological and political education of teachers,take the course construction as the"main battlefield",build a three-dimensional ideological and political system of courses,strictly control the"main channel"of classroom teaching,build rich teaching methods,improve talent training programs,implement feedback evaluation mechanisms,integrate theory with practice,and emphasize the humanistic care of students.
