摘要
妇产科护理学具有很强的专业和实践性,现多采用情景模拟教学及虚拟现实等教学方法,使学生在临床真实情境中实践,从而提高其临床实践能力,这些教学方法均以临床案例为基础,因此,案例质量对教学效果达成有着至关重要的作用。情景模拟教学法在护理学实训教学中有诸多优势,但目前缺乏可直接应用的案例库。因此,文章以布鲁姆教育目标分类为理论基础,教学目标为准则,临床典型案例为基础,并结合临床患者知识情感需求,进行妇产科护理学情景模拟实训案例的编制,为后期妇产科护理情景模拟实训教学的开展打好基础,同时可供相关院校进行参考。
Obstetrics and gynecology nursing has a strong professionalism and practicality,and now uses teaching methods such as scene simulation teaching and virtual reality to enable students to practice in clinical real situations,thereby improving their clinical practice ability.These teaching methods are based on clinical cases.As a basis,therefore,the quality of the case plays a crucial role in achieving the teaching effect.The situational simulation teaching method has many advantages in nursing training.But currently there is no case library that can be directly applied.Therefore,this article takes the bloom education goal classification as the theoretical basis,the teaching goal as the criterion,and the clinical typical cases as the basis,and combines the clinical and emotional needs of clinical patients,and prepares the gynecological and obstetric nursing case simulation training case for the later women obstetric nursing situation simulation training is carried out to lay a good foundation,and at the same time,it can be used for reference by relevant institutions.
