摘要
课程质量直接决定人才培养质量,基于合作性学习的管理综合案例一流课程建设研究与实践,分析课程教学建设价值所在,精心进行课程建设内容设计,全面开展管理综合案例一流本科课程建设。树立管理综合案例课程建设新理念,形成多类型、多样化的课程教学内容与课程教学体系,挖掘课程和教学方式中蕴含的思政元素,课程建设创新推进课程改革创新,实施合作性学习方式,训练学生团队协作能力和创新意识,提高管理综合案例任课教师教学能力,完善以OBE理念为导向的课程建设,校企合作联合共建课程实践教学平台,建设一流课程,达到课程立德树人教育成效。
Course quality directly decide the talent training quality,first-class management integrated case course construction based on cooperative learning research and practice,analysis of teaching value construction,course construction content design meticulously,overall management and integrated case first-class undergraduate course construction,establish new management integrated case course construction idea,formation of multi-types,diversification of curriculum system,teaching content and teaching courses and teaching methods in mining of ideological elements,course construction innovation to promote the curriculum reform,the implementation of cooperative learning,training students'team cooperation ability and innovation consciousness,improving management comprehensive case classroom teachers teaching ability,improve the OBE concept oriented curriculum construction,school-enterprise cooperation and joint construction of curriculum practice teaching platform,the construction of first-class courses,to achieve the curriculum moral education effect.
