摘要
高校辅导员家访是家校协同育人的有效途径,也是对大学生进行思想政治教育的实践方式。学困生是家访的重要对象之一。通过辅导员家访,并结合文献分析、走访调研、调查问卷和深度访谈等研究方法,对学困生学习倦怠现状及成因进行质性分析研究,从思政教育、心理育人层面帮助大学生坚定理想信念、明确学习目标、激发学习动机,并且从引导大学生开发心理资本、提升学习自我效能感等方面提出了相应对策及建议。
College counselors’home visit is not only an effective way of home-school cooperation,but also a practical way of ideological and political education for college students.Students with learning difficulties are one of the important objects of home visits.Through the home visit of counselors,combined with literature analysis,interview research,questionnaire and in-depth interview and other research methods,this paper conducts qualitative analysis and research on the status quo and causes of learning burnout of students with learning difficulties,so as to help college students firm up their ideals and beliefs,clarify their learning goals and stimulate their learning motivation from the perspectives of ideological and political education and psychological education.Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to guide college students to develop psychological capital and enhance their sense of learning self-efficacy.
