摘要
临床医学是对病人直接实施治疗的科学,临床医学生的核心素养培养十分关键。本文将临床医学生的核心素养归纳为医学知识、医德情操、科学精神、责任担当和实践创新五个方面,构建了由目标体系、管理体系、内容体系和评价体系组成的临床医学实践教学体系,提出了核心素养视域下临床医学实践教学实施策略。研究成果可以为临床医学实践教学提供完整解决方案,为医学生成长为医术精湛、医德高尚的临床医生奠定基础。
Clinical medicine is a science of direct treatment of patients,and it is more important to cultivate the core quality of clinical medical students.This paper summarizes the core literacy of clinical medicine students into five aspects:medical knowledge,medical ethics sentiment,scientific spirit,responsibility and practice innovation.The clinical medicine practice teaching system was constructed,which was composed of target system,management system,content system and evaluation system,and the implementation strategy of clinical medicine practice teaching under the vision of core literacy was put forward.The research results can provide a complete solution for clinical medicine practice teaching,and lay a foundation for medical students to grow into clinicians with excellent medical skills and noble medical ethics.
