摘要
由于新能源电动汽车目前的功能越来越复杂、智能化,控制元器件也随之增多,带来的问题就是整车各个控制元器件在整车休眠中漏电流增加,进而使得蓄电池更容易在整车休眠过程中电量耗尽。为了在蓄电池存储电量有限的情况下,使得电动汽车能够更长久地保持不亏电,论文提出一种新的蓄电池智能补电的方法,利用整车控制器定时唤醒功能,检查蓄电池的当前电量,决定是否启动高压电池给蓄电池充电,以达到蓄电池不会在整车休眠中亏电导致车辆不能正常启动的目的,从而解决在整车休眠中导致蓄电池亏电的问题。采用论文阐述的智能补电方式,控制整车控制器的定时休眠和唤醒,在有效节约整车电量的同时也保证了蓄电池的电量水平,从而保证了整车的正常运行。
Due to the increasingly complex and intelligent functions of new energy electric vehicles,the number of control components has increased.The problem is that the leakage current of various control components in the vehicle increases during sleep,making it easier for the battery to deplete during sleep.In order to ensure that electric vehicles can maintain their battery life for a longer time without losing power in the event of limited battery storage capacity,this paper proposes a new intelligent battery charging method that utilizes the vehicle controller's timed wake-up function to check the current battery level and decide whether to start the high-voltage battery to charge the battery,in order to ensure that the battery does not lose power during vehicle sleep and prevent the vehicle from starting normally,to solve the problem of battery loss during vehicle sleep.By adopting the intelligent power replenishment method described in this paper,the vehicle control unit is controlled to sleep and wake up at a fixed time,effectively saving the vehicle's electricity while also ensuring the battery's level of power,thus ensuring the normal operation of the vehicle.
