摘要 论文通过对专用车辆控制系统技术发展趋势的分析,总结出智能配电系统研发的意义和解决的问题,结合实际应用分析了智能配电模块的硬件架构和系统实现,通过利用电子开关代替继电器和保险丝,实现模块的智能配电和故障诊断功能,并采用控制器局域网(CAN)总线通讯技术与主系统进行通讯。所研发的智能配电模块满足相应的技术指标和应用需求,很大程度上优化了配电的效率和安全性能,具有智能化程度高、维护性好、通用性强等特点,该模块的研发也是未来实现无人驾驶的一个重要基础。 This paper analyzes the development trend of special vehicle control system technology.The significance and problems of intelligent power distribution system research and development are summarized. Combined with practical application, the hardware architecture and system implementation of intelligent power distribution module are analyzed. By using electronic switches instead of relays and fuses, realized the intelligent power distribution and fault diagnosis function of the module. Controller Area Network(CAN) bus communication technology is used to communicate with the main system. The module meets the corresponding technical indicators and application requirements. The efficiency and safety performance of power distribution are optimized to a great extent. It has the characteristics of high intelligence, good maintainability and strong universality.The research and development of this module is also an important foundation for realizing unmanned driving in the future.
