摘要
为了确保蓄电池在使用过程中的供电可靠性,对市场上使用量较大的铅酸蓄电池进行放电试验,分析蓄电池放电容量的影响因素。试验时分别对正常和劣化蓄电池进行不同放电电流试验及不同放电终止条件放电试验,观察电压的变化过程和最终的放电容量。正常蓄电池放电电流越小,放电容量越大。劣化蓄电池对自身放电容量影响较大。合理的放电终止电压可以减少对放电容量的影响,而且能有效防止过放电,延长蓄电池使用寿命。
In order to ensure the battery power supply reliability in use process,the lead-acid battery discharge test and analysis the influence factors of battery discharge capacity are analyzed. Battery for normal and degradation under different discharge current test,different discharge termination conditions discharge test are made,to observe the change process of voltage and the discharge capacity. The smaller the battery discharge current,the bigger the discharge capacity. Deterioration of the battery will affect their discharge capacity. A reasonable discharge termination voltage not only has little effect on the discharge capacity,but also can prevent over-discharge to extend the service life.
