锦瑞煤业8102回风顺槽切顶卸压沿空留巷应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 依据8102回风顺槽现场情况,对切顶卸压留巷涉及的恒阻锚索支护、切顶卸压、围岩支护等内容进行分析,确定切顶卸压留巷技术方案并进行工程应用。8102回风顺槽留巷段顶板布置3排恒阻锚索超前补强,可为切顶卸压工作开展创造良好条件并降低留巷期间围岩变形量;在靠近采空区侧顶板位置间隔500 mm布置高度11 m切顶钻孔,并通过精准爆破,可降低采空区垮落期间留巷段围岩变形量;综合使用单体、工字钢及挡矸支架等对留巷期间围岩进行支护且避免采空区冒落矸石侵入留巷段。经现场应用后,8102回风顺槽留巷段围岩保持稳定,围岩变形在允许范围内,不会影响巷道后续使用。 Based on the site situation of 8102 backwind down-slot,the constant resistance anchor cable support,top cutting and pressure relief,surrounding rock support and other elements involved in cutting and pressure relief are analyzed,and the technical solution of cutting and pressure relief is determined and applied in the project.3 rows of constant resistance anchor cable are arranged on the roof of 8102 backwind down-slot to create good conditions for top cutting and pressure relief work and reduce the deformation of surrounding rock during the stay.The roof slab of the side of the extraction area is placed at 500 mm intervals with a height of 11 m roof cutting drll holes,and through precise blasting,the deformation of the surrounding rock of the section during the collapse of the extraction area can be reduced;the comprehensive use of monoliths,I-beams and gangue retaining brackets etc.can support the surrounding rock during the retention period and avoid the intrusion of gangue from the extraction area into the retention section.After field application,the surrounding rock of 8102 backwind chute section remains stable and the deformation of surrounding rock is within the permissible range,which will not affect the subsequent use of the roadway.
