摘要
沿空留巷切顶卸压作为煤矿无煤柱开采的先进技术,已成功在众多煤矿应用,而选取合适的切顶卸压技术决定了沿空留巷的效果。本文对沿空留巷切顶卸压常用的3种切顶技术进行了理论及实际应用分析,对聚能切缝爆破技术、水力压裂弱化切顶技术、密集钻孔弱化顶板技术的优缺点(从留巷效果、施工速度以及对围岩的影响)进行了整体评价,并且对东瑞煤业2101工作面实际应用3项技术的效果进行了对比分析。研究结论表明:根据东瑞矿沿空留巷实际应用效果来看,密集孔技术>聚能切缝爆破>水压致裂技术。本文得到的结论可以为类似的矿井沿空留巷切顶卸压提供参考。
As an advanced technology for non-pillar mining,roof cutting and pressure relieving technology of gob-side entry retaining has been successfully used in many coal mines,and selecting appropriate roof-cutting technology determines the effect of the gob-side entry retaining.Therefore,this paper studies three common roof cutting techniques by theoretical analysis and practical application.In terms of the entry retaining effect,construction speed,and impact on surrounding rock,this paper makes an overall evaluation on the three techniques,including energy-cumulative and slotting blasting,hydraulic fracturing weakening roof-cutting technology,and dense drilling weakening roof-cutting technology,and their influence on the 2101 working face in Dongrui Coal Industry is compared and analyzed.The results show that the roof cutting technology of gob-side entry retaining should be comprehensively considered in terms of the theoretical calculation,construction experience,and actual situation of the mine,and more tests could be carried out to select the most reasonable roof cutting technology and suitable construction scheme for the mine.The application in the gob-side entry retaining in Dongrui Mine shows that:the dense drilling technology is better than the energy-cumulative and slotting blasting,and the blasting technology is better than the hydraulic fracturing technology.The conclusions could be used as a reference for the roof cutting and pressure relieving of gob-side entry retaining in similar mines.
