摘要
轴流通风机是常用的矿井通风机类型,在进行通风作业的过程中也产生大量的能耗。为进一步提高矿井的高效节能水平,针对轴流通风机的滞后角变化产生的影响作用进行分析。采用CFD仿真分析的形式,建立通风机的分析模型,并对三种不同滞后角的通风机全压值及出口压力进行分析。结果表明,在三种不同的滞后角中,以14°滞后角的全压值最大,出口压力梯度较小,具有较好的稳定性,提高了通风机的整体效率。
Axial flow ventilator is a commonly used type of mine ventilator,which also generates a large amount of energy consumption in the process of ventilation operation.In order to further improve the high efficiency and energy saving level of the mine,the influence of the change of lag angle of the axial flow ventilator is analysed.The analytical model of the ventilator was established in the form of CFD simulation analysis,and the full pressure value and outlet pressure of the ventilator were analysed for three different hysteresis angles.The results show that among the three different hysteresis angles,the full pressure value with 14°hysteresis angle is the largest,and the gradient of outlet pressure is smaller,which has better stability and improves the overall efficiency of the ventilator.
