摘要
斜沟矿针对坚硬顶板切顶留巷顶板难以及时切落、巷道围岩变形严重的问题,以18108工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟软件对切顶卸压充填体的应力应变进行研究,首先对比切顶前后充填体应力值,验证了切顶卸压的可行性,其次又对不同切顶角度、不同切顶卸压高度下围岩的应力应变进行分析,给出了最佳切顶角度为30°,最佳切顶卸压高度为10 m。为矿井地质条件相类似工作切顶卸压留巷道提供参考与借鉴。
Aiming at the problems that the hard roof and retaining roadway is difficult to cut off in time and the surrounding rock of roadway is seriously deformed in Xiegou mine,taking 18108 working face as the engineering background,the numerical simulation software is used to study the stress and strain of roof cutting and pressure relief filling body.Firstly,the stress values of filling body before and after roof cutting are compared to verify the feasibility of roof cutting and pressure relief.Secondly,for different roof cutting angles,the stress and strain of surrounding rock under different roof cutting and pressure relief height are analyzed.The optimal roof cutting angle is 30°,and the optimal roof cutting and pressure relief height is 10 m.It provides a reference for the work of roof cutting,pressure relief and retaining roadway with similar mine geological conditions.
