摘要
目的 观察布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合鼻内镜手术对鼻息肉的治疗效果以及对患者生活质量产生的影响。方法选择2020年1月~2021年1月期间收治的80例鼻息肉患者,以便利抽样法分组,对照组40例,研究组40例。对照组单行鼻内镜手术,研究组行布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合鼻内镜手术。组间对比如下指标:(1)临床疗效;(2)治疗前后的Lund-Kennedy评分;(3)治疗后的生活质量评分;(4)复发率;(5)并发症发生率。结果 研究组总有效率(97.5%)高于对照组(77.5%),同时其治疗后各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,统计学对比有差异(P<0.05)。比较治疗前两组的Lund-Kennedy评分,统计学对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后再次对比,研究组的Lund-Kennedy评分低于对照组,统计学对比有差异(P<0.05)。研究组的复发率(0%)低于对照组(10%),并发症发生率(5%)也低于对照组(20%),统计学对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论 采取布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合鼻内镜手术联合治疗鼻息肉患者可以取得显著疗效,还能促进其症状的改善和生活质量的提高,减少并发症的发生,降低鼻息肉复发风险。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of budesonide nasal spray combined with nasal endoscopic surgery on nasal polyps and the impact on the quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with nasal polyps who were admitted from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and grouped by convenience sampling method,with 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the research group.The control group received nasal endoscopic surgery alone,while the study group received budesonide nasal spray combined with nasal endoscopic surgery.The following indicators were compared between groups:(1)clinical efficacy;(2)Lund-Kennedy score before and after treatment;(3)quality of life score after treatment;(4)recurrence rate;(5)complication rate.Results The total effective rate(97.5%)of the study group was higher than that of the control group(77.5%),and the scores of quality of life after treatment were higher than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The Lund-Kennedy scores of the two groups before treatment were compared,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The recurrence rate(0%)of the study group was lower than that of the control group(10%),and the incidence of complications(5%)was also lower than that of the control group(20%),with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide nasal spray combined with nasal endoscopic surgery can achieve significant curative effect in the treatment of patients with nasal polyps,and can also promote the improvement of their symptoms and quality of life,reduce the occurrence of complications,and reduce the risk of nasal polyp recurrence.
