摘要
目的分析鼻息肉采用鼻内镜手术联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗的临床疗效。方法选取该院2016年1月-2018年12月收治的86例鼻息肉患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组患者仅采用鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合采用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,对比两组治疗前后VAS(视觉模拟疼痛)评分、SNOT-20(中文版鼻腔鼻窦结局测量20条)评分情况、鼻黏膜组织中各指标表达水平。结果观察组治疗后VAS评分、SNOT-20评分分别为(2.02±0.18)分、(4.02±0.28)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.266、9.633,P<0.05);观察组治疗后IFN-y、IL-1β、GM-CSF、VEGF表达水平分别为(100.02±5.12)ng/g、(13.02±1.28)ng/g、(50.02±5.18)mg/g、(150.02±15.28)ng/g,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.633、8.527、13.259、11.023,P<0.05)。结论鼻息肉采用鼻内镜手术联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗的临床疗效理想,能有效促进鼻黏膜修复。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery combined with budesonide nasal spray. Methods Eighty-six patients with nasal polyps admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with only endoscopic surgery, and the observation group was combined with the control group.Budesonide nasal spray was used to compare the VAS(visual simulated pain) scores before and after treatment, the scores of SNOT-20(20 Chinese nasal sinus outcomes), and the expression levels of various indexes in nasal mucosa. Results The VAS score and SNOT-20 score of the observation group were(2.02±0.18)points and(4.02±0.28)points, respectively, which were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.266, 9.633, P<0.05). The expression levels of IFN-y, IL-1β, GM-CSF and VEGF in the observation group were(100.02±5.12) ng/g,(13.02±1.28) ng/g,(50.02±5.18) mg/g,(150.02±15.28) ng/g, which were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=5.633, 8.527, 13.259, 11.023, P<0.05). Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery combined with budesonide nasal spray is effective in the treatment of nasal mucosa.
