基于碳交易机制的差别定价闭环供应链协调研究

摘要 在碳交易机制的背景下,考虑制造商实施碳减排以及消费者具有低碳偏好,研究了差别定价闭环供应链协调问题。设计了由收益共享和费用共担组成的联合契约,构建了差别定价闭环供应链协调模型,该模型可以对新产品和再造品的批发价格、销售价格以及碳减排量进行有效决策。研究表明,联合契约的引入可以有效协调供应链。为了降低单位新产品和再造品的碳排放总量,对于清洁型制造商,政府应提高碳交易价格,对于污染型制造商,政府应降低碳交易价格。最后通过算例验证了联合契约的有效性,并对碳减排成本系数以及新产品和再造品替代系数进行了分析。 Under the background of the carbon trading mechanism,considering that manufacturers implement carbon emission reduction and consumers have low carbon preferences,the coordination of differential price closed-loop supply chain was studied.A joint contract consisting of revenue sharing and cost sharing is designed,and a coordination model of differential price closed-loop supply chain is constructed,which can make effective decisions on wholesale price,selling price of new products and remanufactured products and carbon emission reductions.The study shows that the introduction of the joint contract can effectively coordinate the supply chain.In order to reduce the total amount of carbon emissions per unit of new products and remanufactured products,for clean-type manufacturers,the government should raise the carbon transaction price,for pollution-type manufacturers,the government should reduce the carbon transaction price.Finally,an example is given to verify the validity of the joint contract,the costing coefficient of carbon emission reduction,and the replacement coefficient of new products and remanufactured products are also analyzed.
