摘要
为帮助政府更好地制定政府差别补贴政策,在考虑消费者对于新产品和再制造品不同接受度的基础上,建立差别权重补贴下考虑消费者异质需求的闭环供应链决策模型,进而设计闭环供应链契约协调机制,对闭环供应链决策进行优化。最后,利用算例来验证模型的有效性。研究结果表明,差别权重补贴会形成再制造品对新产品的挤兑效应;消费者对再制造品的接受度的增加会促进再制造品需求量和闭环供应链整体利润的增加;当闭环供应链契约比例系数0.5<γ1<0.75时,可使闭环供应链系统实现帕累托改进。
In order to help the government better formulate the government differential subsidy policy,based on the consumer’s different acceptance of new products and remanufactured products,this paper establishes the decision models of closed-loop supply chain considering consumers’heterogeneous demands under differential weight subsidy,the closed-loop supply chain contract coordination mechanism is further designed to optimize the closed-loop supply chain decision.Finally,an example is used to verify the validity of the model.The results show that differential weight subsidies will form a run-off effect of remanufactured products on new products;consumer acceptance of remanufactured products will increase the demand for remanufactured products and the overall profit of closed-loop supply chains;When the contract ratio coefficient is 0.5<γ1<0.75,the closed-loop supply chain system can achieve Pareto improvement.
